Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Our policies in this section apply ONLY to merchandise purchased using this website. We are unable to accept exchanges, returns or price adjustments for merchandise purchased in any retail stores or on other websites.

RETURNS

At Gilded Aisle, we want your wedding day to be perfect. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 
  • Merchandise must be returned in the original condition and must not be worn or altered. Clothing must not be washed, free of stains, pet hair, debris and pin marks.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set. 
  • FINAL SALE items may not be returned. Please see below for a list of FINAL SALE items.

Merchandise returned without its original tags or in its original packaging may result in delayed refund or may not quality for a refund. Unqualified return merchandise will be determined at Gilded Aisle’s discretion.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The items listed below are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, credits, or price adjustments.

  • Items listed as FINAL SALE.
  • Custom-made orders or made-to-order items.
  • Personalized pieces, including monograms and nameplates.
  • Gift Cards or Gift Certificates.
  • Sale merchandise. 

REFUNDS

After your package is received, a refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Gilded Aisle.

EXCHANGE

In order to serve you most efficiently, we currently do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a second order. Once we have received your return, we will credit your account.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Gilded Aisle gladly honors a one-time sale price adjustment on full-priced merchandise within seven days of the purchase. To obtain a price adjustment, please send an email with your order number to support@gildedaisle.com within the seven day window. If you are within the deadline, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments. Items purchased with gift cards are not eligible for price adjustments. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your price adjustment.
